  • Answer phones promptly, in a professional manner and direct calls appropriately
  • Up keep of lobby space and clean up at closing which includes emptying and stocking of dishwasher, cleaning coffee pots and preparation for the next day
  • Stocking shelves and cupboards
  • Passenger check in for morning and afternoon flights
  • Courier out (Inner City) packages for internal staff
  • Sign in visitors to the facility
  • Create documents and labels when requested
  • Track all outgoing and incoming packages off flights
  • Up keep stock at reception desk and commissary
  • Other related duties as assigned
