We currently have an opportunity available for Controller / Planner. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, this position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibili-ties which include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure that they are completed within the time allotted in the Maintenance Schedule Approval as stated in the MCM. (AD’s, S/B’s, Inspections, Modifications, Overhauls, Project Maintenance and etc.)
• Review Maintenance Tracking (CAMP; WinAir) and liaise with the Production and Program Manager.
• Oversee the building of aircraft work packages and maintain aircraft inspection check sheets.
• Preparation of labour invoicing.
• Process, review and track required service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
• Control and maintain the calibrated tool program with designates.
• Investigate and correct Maintenance Audit Findings and Safety reports where applicable to this department.
• Review maintenance manual revisions to ensure MSA and Tracking system remain current.
• Maintain and update Maintenance Schedule Approvals.
• Responsible for Technical Records system.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and competen-cies. In addition personality profiling will be required of all candidates granted an interview for this position.
