We also have a fleet of 23 turboprop/piston aircraft including: 5 Beech 1900D, 4 Metro 23, 2 Metro II, 4 King Air B200, 1 King Air B350, 2 Cessna C208, 1 Cessna C208B, and 4 Piper Chieftain. We currently have an opportunity available for Stores Clerk. Reporting to the Lead Purchaser, this position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibili-ties which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide customer support to maintenance personnel by maintaining an organized stores area including issuing/receiving parts and tooling.

Other Related Duties as Assigned

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and competen-cies. In addition personality profiling will be required of all candidates granted an interview for this position.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

Educational Qualifications & Credentials

  • Grade 12
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills

Professional & Specific Expertise

  • Aviation knowledge or experience is not essential, but is preferred
  • Automotive or other Parts/Stores experience an asset
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Previous shipping and receiving experience also an asset
  • Valid driver’s license is required for deliveries
  • Proficient computer skills are desirable

  • Adhere to the safety accountabilities as per Sunwest’s Safety Management System manual.

Term of Employment: Full-time

Location: Calgary

Position Shift: Monday 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Tuesday 12:30 to 9:30 pm, Wednesday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 pm
