Job Title – IT Support – Ref:2016-015

IT Support:

  • Help Desk
    Trouble shoot user/workstation issues including software, hardware, peripheral, and networking issues
  • Setup and install computer systems, software and printers for users
  • Maintain user information including internet, email, and user login accounts
  • Rebuild workstations for redeployment or as required
  • Software maintenance including updates, rollouts, and upgrades.

Administration & maintenance of mobile devices primarily IPADS and IPHONES


I/T Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems including  Windows 7, 8,
  • Working  knowledge of Windows 2008-R2/2012 Server environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and higher
  • Ability to troubleshoot networking and TCP/IP issues, setup email, internet and email accounts
  • Install and support various network and local printing environment
  • Terminal Server/remote desktop (RDP) experience an asset
