Job Title – Document Management Specialist – Ref:2014-016

·    ·       Create, format, edit, standardize, cross-reference and proofread all company manuals and other documents.

·       Establish company documentation standards and deploy a document sharing system using SharePoint server.

·       Work with all departments within the organization to scope and formalize their documentation requirements.

·       Operate, control and recommend various software programs including document OCR, SharePoint and MS Office Suite programs such as WORD, Publisher, etc. to effectively manage documentation.

·       Work with all departments on amendments to organization policies, procedures and processes.

·       Allow for document searches by implementing a document management indexing system

·       Establish corporate archival storage policies and procedures based on department and outside regulatory body requirements.
