  • Answering Phones on a multi-line phone system and directing calls as required
  • Using two way radio
  • Passenger Check-in duties for all Sunwest flights which includes:
    • Requesting appropriate ID – Government Issued/Company Issued/Passports as required for all passengers checking in
  • Preparing manifests and boarding cards for all departing flights
  • Weighing and tagging bags
  • Processing baggage and cargo for flights (heavy lifting involved)
  • Ensuring secure flights are directed accordingly
  • Ensuring client and shipping requirements for flights are followed
  • Sending/Receiving mail, packages, access cargo for flights and preparing documentation accordingly
  • Mail – incoming/outgoing
  • Updating/completing various documents (i.e. phone lists, vehicle spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Daily preparation/stocking of commissary items in all lounges including baking items
  • Ensuring cleanliness of all check-in areas, including lounges, washrooms and commissary items/stations and all related equipment
  • Completing training & exams as required
  • Must adhere to all current regulations as required for Aviation & Safety
  • Other related duties as assigned
