Job Title – Customer Service Agent – Ref:2014-001

  • ·       Prepare boarding passes, Passenger check in and assist with boarding of morning flights

    ·       Loading of baggage – up to 50lbs

    ·       Make changes and cancellations to passenger reservations

    ·       Tag and process of VIP passenger vehicles

    ·       Arrange for services required for passengers with special needs, Baggage and Cargo

    ·       Track all outgoing and incoming packages off flights

    ·       Process and complete waybills for packages and cargo, based on DGA

    ·       Prepare and stocking of sideboard commissary shelves and cupboards

    ·       Up keep and cleaning of lobby and lounges which includes brewing and cleaning of coffee pots

    ·       Answer phones promptly, in a professional manner and direct calls appropriately

    ·       Sign in visitors to the facility

    ·       Create documents and labels when requested

    ·       Other related duties as assigned
