		Review Maintenance Tracking (CAMP; WinAir) and liaise with the Production and Project Manager</li>
<li>
		Oversee the building of aircraft work packages and maintain aircraft inspection check sheets</li>
<li>
		Ensure that tools and resources are available when required</li>
<li>
		Preparation of labour invoicing</li>
<li>
		Process, review and track required service bulletins and airworthiness directives</li>
<li>
		Control and maintain the calibrated tool program</li>
<li>
		Ensure materials are procured for planned maintenance tasks</li>
<li>
		Investigate and correct Maintenance Audit Findings</li>
<li>
		Review maintenance manual revisions to ensure MSA and Tracking system remain up-to-date</li>
<li>
		Maintain and update Maintenance Schedule Approvals when required</li>
<li>
		Responsible for Technical Records system</li>
<li>
		Direct supervision and mentoring of the planning and technical records personnel</li>
<li>
		Other related duties as required</li>

		Ensure that all flight crew have checked in and/or been notified of their flight schedule in accordance with company policies.</li>
<li>
		Assist with ensuring that customer requirements are being met on all flights with respect to flight crew and other items that may arise after hours.</li>
<li>
		Assist with crewing the aircraft as may be required from time to time by the Crew Scheduler.</li>
<li>
		Maintain the pilot flight and duty files and make the appropriate entries to keep the files current.</li>
<li>
		Approve for payment as required all accounting invoices.</li>
<li>
		The Operations Centre shall be the primary point of contact with Nav Canada facilities and the lead contact for all cargo operations performed by Sunwest Aviation.</li>
<li>
		Provide a high level of customer service to all Sunwest clientele</li>
<li>
		Daily from 1700 until 0800 and on weekends, the Logistics Centre will be the primary point of contact. This will include ops functions, quoting and booking flights and communicating with outside agencies.</li>
