Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure that they are completed within the time allotted in the Maintenance Schedule Approval as stated in the MCM. (AD’s, S/B’s, Inspections, Modifications, Overhauls, Project Maintenance and etc.)
Review Maintenance Tracking (CAMP; WinAir) and liaise with the Production and Project Manager
Oversee the building of aircraft work packages and maintain aircraft inspection check sheets
Ensure that tools and resources are available when required
Preparation of labour invoicing
Process, review and track required service bulletins and airworthiness directives
Control and maintain the calibrated tool program
Ensure materials are procured for planned maintenance tasks
Investigate and correct Maintenance Audit Findings
Review maintenance manual revisions to ensure MSA and Tracking system remain up-to-date
Maintain and update Maintenance Schedule Approvals when required
Responsible for Technical Records system
Direct supervision and mentoring of the planning and technical records personnel
Other related duties as required

Respond promptly to all incoming new or unassigned charter customer inquiries.
Quote and negotiate the sale of charter flights.
Cooperate with the Charter Sales Manager in coordinating sales follow up.
Arrange all aspects of charter flight bookings including aircraft, catering, U.S and Foreign Customs, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, other services.
Utilize current dispatch program and quoting system to provide information to clients and to book and confirm flights.
Prepare and provide aircraft quotes to existing and potential clients.
Obtain and maintain passenger information for all flights.
Re-arrange flights as required for normal and irregular operations.
Maintain accurate and up to date files on all assigned clients. Follow-up with clients after flight.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with assigned clients and follow company customer care programs.
Assist Billing Coordinator (as necessary) to resolve issues related to invoicing of trips.
Track and document turn down trips and cancellations. Attend regular Flight Coordinator meetings and other related meetings.
Generate Monthly Reports to specific clients, as required. Preparation of customer reports as applicable.

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate policies, procedures and best practices
• Define HR mandate, forecast service needs and manage departmental budget

Maintain the daily flight following log in FOS which includes each departure and arrival for every Sunwest organized flight as per company policies.
Ensure that updated information is provided to Crew Scheduling as flights are booked and/or updated.
Ensure that all flight crew have checked in and/or been notified of their flight schedule in accordance with company policies.
Assist with ensuring that customer requirements are being met on all flights with respect to flight crew and other items that may arise after hours.
Assist with crewing the aircraft as may be required from time to time by the Crew Scheduler.
Maintain the pilot flight and duty files and make the appropriate entries to keep the files current.
Approve for payment as required all accounting invoices.
The Operations Centre shall be the primary point of contact with Nav Canada facilities and the lead contact for all cargo operations performed by Sunwest Aviation.
Provide a high level of customer service to all Sunwest clientele
Daily from 1700 until 0800 and on weekends, the Logistics Centre will be the primary point of contact. This will include ops functions, quoting and booking flights and communicating with outside agencies.

(Note: Transport Canada standards to be followed as they may apply while performing the required duties.)
