Q: From which facility do the aircraft depart?

Q: How long prior to flight time must I arrive at the executive terminal?

A: We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to departure time.

Q: Can ground transportation arrangements be made by Sunwest on my behalf?

A: Yes. Our knowledgeable Flight Coordinator team can assist you with taxi, sedan, limo or car rental arrangements at your destination and upon your return.

Q: Can special catering requests be made?

A: Yes. Please discuss any special request catering requests or known allergies with your Flight Coordinator (in advance, if possible).

Q: How much luggage can I bring?

A: How much luggage you can bring will vary from aircraft to aircraft. Please speak with one of our Flight Coordinators to discuss available baggage space. Also mention any oversize items prior to departure.

Q: If I want to depart earlier or later than originally scheduled, can this be done?

A: We will endeavour to meet your travel requirements and ever changing schedules. Please contact your Flight Coordinator during regular business hours to advise of possible changes to your travel plans. After hours, please contact our 24/7 Operations Department to advise of any last minute changes.

Q: Do your planes have range to travel overseas?

A: Yes, our Challenger 604, Falcon 900, Challenger 300 are all capable of non stop overseas travel. Our Midsize fleet can also accommodate intercontinental travel with usually just one stop.

Q: Are there washroom facilities on board?

A: The washroom facilities vary from aircraft to aircraft. Please discuss this with your Flight Coordinator, prior to travel.

Q: What documentation is required to travel?

A: For Transborder or International destinations, Sunwest Aviation will request passport information prior to your flight and provide the information to customs ahead of time. This usually ensures quick and efficient clearance at your destination. For our security clearance purposes we do request valid photo identification for Domestic flights.
